1! 2! 3! Simple Garden Salsa!
As simple as putting your shoes on (okay, maybe that’s not a good comparison because 80% of the time Ryder still puts his shoes on the wrong feet).
This salsa is 1,2,3 done! And oh so yummy!
Garden Salsa – fresh, healthy, and addictive!
No measuring required. Just an opinion on your personal preferences, modify each time you make it. Here are mine:
- Roughly 2 cups of toms (I’ve never measured). Any kind. Vine ripened preferred.
- Half green pepper
- Quarter of a medium sized onion (or some green onions, or whatever your preference)
- 1-2 fresh jalapenos
- Handful of fresh cilantro (optional and currently not pictured below)
- pinch of salt
- half pinch of pepper
- “Chunk” everything to about the same size
(Cherry toms do not need to be cut) - Throw everything in food processor
- Pulse three times (NO MORE or else it will be sauce)
Chill in fridge 30 minutes
or for the impatient ones like me – 10 minutes in freezer
Eat with blue chips! SO GOOD!
